Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment: All sessions are assumed in-person unless an online Zoom meeting is requested. All coaching sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your session is confirmed once payment is received. Cancellation & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this window may result in forfeiture of the session fee. We understand that things do happen, and offer a grace period of two last minute cancelations, but after that a 24 hour cancellation is required or you will be charged. No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for a refund. Refunds: Fees are generally non-refundable once a session is scheduled and paid for. If the coach must cancel, you will be offered a full refund or an opportunity to reschedule. Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for attending sessions on time; late arrivals do not extend the session length. Clients agree that coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or legal/financial advice. Coach Responsibility: The coach agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared by the Client during coaching sessions except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a reasonable belief of risk of harm to client or others. Both parties agree to respect the privacy of all communications whether conducted in person, by phone, or electronically. Any notes, records, or materials created by the coach will be securely stored and used solely for the purpose of providing coaching services. This confidentiality obligation shall survive the termination of this agreement. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
