Coaching Sessions

In a relationship-focused coaching session, you’ll meet in-person with Heather Smulyan who helps you clarify where you are, where you’d like to go, and what’s getting in the way of better connections. You’ll set goals around communication, boundaries or confidence, explore new perspectives, and leave with concrete next steps and accountability to move you forward. 

 

Coaching sessions are flexible in format, whether you prefer a single 45-minute session, a series of sessions to tackle something more complex, or a small group session, there’s a structure suited to your pace and preference.
